The Users accept and agree that they will use this Website lawfully and appropriately, and are bound not to use the website for illegal activities such as:
Harm a minor.
Transmit and/or access content that violates any third party right (i.e. intellectual property), insults the personality of a third party, is illegal, and violates the private life of a third party.
Mislead others for the source of content of the Website, cause damages in any way of BIEE’s reputation or other third party, endanger the security of the network, block any visitor to access the Website, or any service hosted in BIEE’s network, or bypass their identity check.
Install and promote, in any way, any unauthorized advertisement or any SPAM mail, and any other unauthorized promotion of content, in addition to installation and promotion of advertisements without the consent of the owners.
Install and promote content that contains viruses or other malicious code that intend to bypass, destroy, or restrict the use of any software or network, or block others from using said website.
In case of illegal use or violation of the Terms of Use of the Website, the Users are obliged to compensate BIEE for any damages done. Not acting on said rights does not automatically mean that the Owner quits of said rights.
The aforementioned Terms of Use and any modifications done to them are governed by Serbian legislation. For any issue that may arise from this contract, the applicable courts for any complaints are the courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
